So, how was your weekend? I hope you had a great weekend! Mine was good...=)

Huhu hari ni we i mean all the staffs will have test on English. Just to test our knowledge about the English languange from the adverbs, singular, plural, adjectives bla bla bla....

Oh wauweee ingatkan zaman sekolah je kene buat test English ni. Or bila dah jadi lecturer ni ingatkan cuma students je have gone through all this process, but we also have to face it. Mula la mengelabah kambing sebab my grammer, vocab or whatsoever memang di tahap yang nazak.

Pagi ni gigih I study online ye. 

The management has taken this action drastically because ada some of students yang terlebih bagus complaint that we, the lecturers can't speak English very well. Ok terima kasih wahai anak murid. Ye di sini medium pembelajaran dan pengajaran menggunakan bahasa Inggeris. Tapi students biasalah mereka akan tanpa rasa bersalah untuk beritahu apa yang  yang tak betul. Dan pihak management pula tambahan pengetua tu terima bulat-bulat. Geram plak rasa. Yela when we used fully English in the class, some of the students keep noise at the back cakap tak paham bagai. Serba salah dibuatnya.

I heard that who ever yang tak achieve the minimum result, the contract will be extended until they satisfied with our performance. Saya bukan takut contract or permananet ke apa. Cuma rasa tak puas hati sikit. Supposely you should detect penguasaan seseorang staf tu dari awal lagi. Dari interview lagi. Bukan dah diterima bekerja baru sibuk nak buat test and kelas intensive bagai. Kita kat sini bukan takda kerja lain nak buat. 

My point of view, better we educate our students first by giving them intensive class or whatsoever compare nak blame lecturers. Ingat students ni semua betul ke apa yang mereka cakap.

Just saying. Yes i know pihak management tak tahu apa yang saya luah kat sini. Tapi siapalah saya. Hanya staf baru yang offer letter sampai laa ni tak dapat-dapat.
