Hobi Oh Hobi

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,

Baru balik dari UPM, bring my students to gain some knowledge at International Food Festival. I am so tired, so very tired. Sampai opis rasa dah takda mood nak bercakap. Tunggu masa nak balik je ni. The festival is not what I'm expecting to. 

I thought akan ada booth yang dipisahkan melalui partition so that my students could ask more about the preparation of foods, the ingredients and whatsoever. And the booth pun tak open banyak sangat plus the foods presented was not what I want to see and I am not satisfied at all. Sorry this is just my comments. Maybe this is the first event organized by them. So next time maybe they will improve a lot.

Cuma yang best tadi Open Ceremony was launched by Chef Wan. And I was so impressed with his speech!

Without text like other speakers, he can deliver better speech compared to others yang dah prepare text sebelum tu. You know la Chef Wan, cakap macam popcorn....i wonder masa bila dia tarik nafas. Huuu....

Itu jela kot ulasan hasil exhibition tadi.

Semalam saya EL. Sebab Rabu tido lambat gara-gara jiran sebelah bergaduh. Padanlah muka.

Akibatnya saya tak sempat and tak larat nak preps bahan untuk chicken chop yang orang request.

Kalau saya half day belum tentu lagi saya boleh organise siapkan semua bahan tu plus nak menanggung keletihan lagi.

So end up dengan berani mati untuk EL.

Bagus keputusan yang sangat tepat.

Hasilnya sempat buat "projek"

Cupcake carrot with cream cheese frosting and puding trifle.

First time buat kastard and jeli lembik.

Semalam semua berjalan lancar!

Hasilnya beginilah.

Rasa tak pasti diterima ramai atau tak.
